Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CombineIQ (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

CombineIQ is a football combine tracking and player ranking tool for coaches. The app allows coaches to create programs, record combine performance data, generate AI-powered position-weighted rankings, and share program access with other coaches.

Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app’s Settings.

Subscriptions and Purchases

CombineIQ Coach (Monthly): An auto-renewable subscription providing unlimited player activations, AI-powered rankings, and full program management features. The subscription renews monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Player Credit Packs: One-time consumable purchases that add a set number of player activation credits to your program.

All payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CombineIQ only for its intended purpose of managing football combine data. You will not:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
Share account access with unauthorized individuals
Enter false or misleading player data

Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Program and player data is stored in your iCloud account. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of data you enter, including player information for minors.

Intellectual Property

CombineIQ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CombineIQ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The ranking algorithms, UI design, and branding are proprietary.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CombineIQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings will reflect absolute athletic ability. Rankings are mathematical tools based on combine data and should be used as one factor in coaching decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CombineIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or coaching decisions made based on app-generated rankings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
