CombineIQ Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 2, 2026

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

Overview

CombineIQ is a football combine tracking application designed for adult coaches to manage, track, and analyze player combine performance. The app is operated exclusively by adult coaches – children and minor athletes do not directly interact with the app or create accounts.

This Privacy Policy describes how CombineIQ (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Apple User ID (via Sign in with Apple)

When you sign in to CombineIQ, we receive an opaque Apple User ID from Apple’s Sign in with Apple service. This identifier is used to:

We do not request or store your email address, name, or other personal details from Apple’s sign-in service.

Purchase History (via RevenueCat)

When you purchase a subscription or player credit pack, the transaction is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our in-app purchase management partner. Data collected includes:

This data is linked to your Apple ID and used solely for managing your subscription and credit balance within the app.

Aggregate Usage Analytics (via TelemetryDeck)

We collect anonymous, aggregate usage data through TelemetryDeck to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. This includes:

TelemetryDeck is a privacy-preserving analytics service that:

Player Performance Data (via Apple CloudKit)

Coaches enter player information and combine results into the app. This data includes:

This data is stored in the coach’s personal iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit service. CombineIQ’s developers do not have access to individual player records – Apple manages the storage infrastructure, and data remains under the coach’s iCloud account.

Information We Do NOT Collect

CombineIQ does not collect:

Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

CombineIQ is designed for use by adult coaches, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

How our app handles minor athlete data:

  1. Coach-operated model: All data is entered by adult coaches on behalf of players. Children do not create accounts, sign in, or interact with the app directly.

  2. Parental consent attestation: Before creating a program that includes players under 13, coaches are required to attest that they have obtained verifiable parental consent for each minor athlete whose data they enter.

  3. Limited data scope: Player profiles contain only athletic performance data (name, position, physical measurements, and combine results). No contact information, photos, or location data is collected for any player.

  4. No child-directed features: The app does not include features designed to appeal to children, such as games, social networking, or content creation tools.

  5. No third-party child data sharing: None of our third-party service providers (RevenueCat, TelemetryDeck) receive personal information about minor athletes. RevenueCat processes only adult coach purchase transactions. TelemetryDeck collects only anonymous, aggregate usage data.

If you believe that a child under 13 has directly provided personal information to us without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at danspirgen@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
