Overview

CombineIQ (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a football combine tracking app for coaches. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including minor athletes whose data may be entered by coaches.

Data We Collect

CombineIQ stores the following data locally on your device and in your iCloud account:

Coach profile: Name and email address provided via Sign in with Apple
Program data: Program name, team names, and program settings
Player data: Player names, positions, and combine performance results entered by coaches
Subscription status: Purchase history managed by Apple and RevenueCat

How Data Is Stored

All program and player data is stored in Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) under the coach’s personal iCloud account. We do not operate our own servers or databases. Your data remains under your control through your Apple ID.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not track your location
We do not use advertising identifiers
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
We do not use cookies or web tracking
We do not collect device fingerprints

Third-Party Services

Apple iCloud (CloudKit): Data sync and storage — governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy
RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management — governed by RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy
TelemetryDeck: Privacy-preserving aggregate analytics (no personal data collected) — governed by TelemetryDeck’s Privacy Policy

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

CombineIQ is designed for use by coaches (adults). Coaches may enter performance data for minor athletes. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

The app does not collect personal information directly from children
Player data is entered and managed exclusively by authorized coaches
No behavioral tracking or advertising profiles are created for any user
Parent/guardian access is provided through a separate, read-only parent portal with coach-controlled invite codes

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored in your iCloud account for as long as you use the app. You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account, which removes your coach profile. Program data shared with other coaches remains accessible to those coaches. To delete all program data, the program admin can remove it before deleting their account.
