CombineIQ ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

CombineIQ stores the following data to provide its core functionality:

• Account information: Your Apple ID (via Sign in with Apple) is used to authenticate and link your data to your iCloud account.
• Program data: Program name, team names, coach names, player names, ages, positions, and combine results that you enter into the app.
• Subscription status: Managed by RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All program data (players, teams, combine results, rankings) is stored in Apple's iCloud under your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. We do not operate our own servers and do not have access to your data. Apple manages the infrastructure and applies its own privacy and security protections.

Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-preserving, aggregate usage analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personally identifiable information, does not use device fingerprinting, and does not track individual users. No Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is collected. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect health or fitness data.
• We do not serve advertisements.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use tracking or behavioral profiling.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

CombineIQ is designed for use by coaches managing athletic programs that may include athletes under the age of 13. The app is COPPA-compliant:

• Player data is entered and managed solely by authorized coaches, not by the children themselves.
• No data about minor athletes is shared publicly or with third parties.
• Player information is stored only in the program's private iCloud container.
• Parents may request access to or deletion of their child's data by contacting the program's coach or by emailing us.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains in your iCloud account as long as you use the app. You can delete individual players, teams, or your entire program from within the app at any time. If you delete the app and remove its data from iCloud, all associated data is permanently deleted.

Your Rights
